Subway - Taylorsville

I attempted to make a call, but the person who answered hung up on me, which I found to be quite rude. The service at this place is not good, and the staff does not seem professional. I was simply trying to check on my application, and having previously worked here as an assistant manager, I can say that I am very familiar with the operations. Overall, my experience has been disappointing.

I ordered a meatball sub without sauce and requested a substitution. The staff changed my order but mistakenly put sauce on it anyway and had to remake it. Afterward, she mentioned needing a break, but I ended up being charged full price for each soda, and all the drink options were unavailable.

I don't have enough finger or zehen to count how early this place closes. today is 12. mai 18:35 clock and the door is locked and lighter out. I asked at my last visit about the times of the operations and why, when I come by, it already closed. their answer was: “Of course they tell us if it is slow and have no one we can close early,” I would expect the answer from one’s own. no franchise business. that's inevitable. they should close their doors all together for the taylorsville ms location. they do not care about their local community and try to grow and maintain their business. Maybe it's just POOR management that doesn't even know what's going on.

The staff there were pleasant and welcoming, and they made your sandwich exactly how you wanted it.

Worst experience that I’ve ever had with subway. I had called to place a Togo, when I said I wanted make a Togo order. They had told each other with me still on the phone “he could of just gone online and ordered.” When I arrived to get my order I waited in line for 15-20 minutes for them to make and ring up nearly everyone else that was in line, when they had already and my sandwich made and waiting at the counter. When i finally got my sandwich and got home only half of the footlong was made partly right and the other half, was partly made as well but had something super spicy added onto it.
