Little Caesars Pizza - Taylorsville

Great pizza for price. Ordered 4 large pizza and cheese bread under 35.00.Service could have been a little better but was busy.

This was a good little caesars... but They have employed 2 new employees and both are rude and lazy. My pizzas have been terrible!

The service was terrible they told me they would bring my food out to pull around front waited over the amount of time they stated went in to get the food took someone forever to acknowledge I was even standing there. Just POOR POOR service all the way around!!!

I ordered the new calzone pizza, and the young lady at the drive-thru window actually tried to dissuade me from ordering it, even though we had driven from another town specifically for this pizza. Then she yelled to the pizza maker, “You’re going to hate me, I have another calzone order!” I ended up ordering the pizza, some cheese bread, two jalapeño cheddar cups, and crazy sauce. After that, she asked me to pull up and wait for my order for about 10 minutes. I waited in my car for five minutes before going inside to continue waiting. In total, I waited about 20 minutes after placing my order, watching several customers with online orders come and go. When I finally received my order, I neglected to check the sauces before I left. When we got home, I discovered that I had no jalapeño cheddar cups, just four garlic butter sauces instead. I checked my receipt, and they had charged me $2.50 for those garlic sauces. As we started eating the calzone pizza, I was extremely disappointed. The pizza maker had done a poor job; there was hardly any filling in the calzone portions—mostly just bread with a little bit of cheese. We are big fans of Little Caesars and order their pizza at least once a week, so this experience was particularly frustrating. I have never been so upset with the service I received last Wednesday. Fortunately, I contacted corporate, and they agreed to refund my money, though they said it would take 3 to 5 days. Still, it's disheartening that the only item we really enjoyed was the cheese bread, which was good. Four days later, the pizza still had two pieces left sitting in our refrigerator, and soon it will likely be thrown out. Such a waste.

The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was excellent .in and out without issues.
