Dutch Bros Coffee - Taylorsville

The amazing staff at 5 on Tuesday went above and beyond to provide excellent service, even while dealing with a spill. They maintained their composure and stayed incredibly positive throughout the situation. I wouldn’t have considered leaving a review if it hadn't been for their outstanding service. They definitely deserve a raise!

I absolutely adore this Dutch Bros! The majority of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, I recently had a less-than-stellar experience with a team member named Autumn, which was disappointing. I found the level of customer service to be much lower than usual. I felt rushed and like my presence didn’t really matter. My drink took a lot longer to prepare than normal, and, unfortunately, it was made incorrectly. It just didn’t feel like the Dutch Bros I know and love. Overall, the experience fell short of my expectations. I just wanted to share some feedback!

I absolutely love their seasonal pumpkin salted caramel drink!

Coffee and Food ordered was just okay nothing to right home about (or get excited about). Services was great and efficient. Ambiance was bright and trendy which is why we tried this place.
