Sub Station Ii - Taylors

I would give this place a zero if I could. It's filthy, and I even saw a staff member brushing their long hair in the kitchen area. Customer service is nonexistent, and the staff is extremely rude. It’s not worth the money at all. I really hope they close down soon—and it seems like the staff feels the same way.

Stepping into Sub Station 2 feels like a trip back to the '90s, and the flavors are just as I remember from my childhood. Nothing brings back those delicious memories quite like this place. Food: 5/5

I really don't want to leave a negative review, but I feel I need to share my experience. The tables were extremely dirty during my visit. The manager on duty was busy changing prices on the menu while the employees were just goofing around instead of cleaning. To make matters worse, the owner came in while there were customers in the restaurant and began yelling at the staff about internal company matters that should have remained confidential. I worked there in the summer of 1990, and he was behaving the same way back then. As I've grown older and have owned my own business, as well as spent about 30 years in retail management, I made a commitment to treat my employees with respect, and I always did. Company or personnel issues were handled privately and never in front of customers with a witness present. I really enjoy the food here, but I'm not sure I can overlook the owner's behavior. I believe it might be time for him to retire and allow someone else to take over the business.

I bumped the rating up to five stars because the bread was warm and crispy and the sandwich was both beautiful and tasty. Furthermore, the price is better than any other sub shop in town.You guys earned my business!Food: 5/5

That day I went to substation 2, I was gonna go to Subway and I went the substation 2 and have the best experience and it's not the 1st time I've been there the food. Is always fresh delicious and the workers. There are friendly and polite and it's definitely a quiet comfortable atmosphere to enjoy an authentic sub.Food: 5/5
