Ordered some subs for a party and the owner took great care of us. Ampel amount of toppings and sauces. The subs also tasted great. Overall the entire experience was a pleasure.

I decided to place an online order and checked both the app and Google for the restaurant's business hours. Google indicated they closed at 7 PM, while the app stated 8 PM. Given that it was 5:50 PM, I thought it would be fine to order. However, my order came back as failed in the app, and I was still charged for the large order. Now I have to go through corporate to get a refund, and since they only offer digital customer service, it's likely that I won't get my money back any time soon. With Subway being a franchise, I would expect the management to ensure that their hours are accurately listed on both Google and the app. This situation is utterly frustrating. Please update your hours!
