Getting a pizza staff was very friendly fast service thank you!

Hirsch in the headlights would be the best to describe the employees in this place. I come after an order to be ready, and I will tell him? I came to pick up an order, and they just told me they were out of something, so they cancelled everything, instead of calling me to offer a substitution or let me know before I came up the whole way that they took it on themselves to cancel my entire order? A few days I get big customer service and at some point the girl wearing the T-shirt does not say my problem definitely shows that it doesn't matter what's going on while she's at work? Sad.

It used to be a decent institution, but not anymore. Last time we were here, they told us they weren't pizzas. Looks strange, you can be out of the pizza if that's your main selling item. So we try them again tonight and this time, went in, ignored, unattended at the counter. When asked at 4 seperate occasions what the order was again and when I was given an order, it wasn't mine. No one had gloves or protective clothing. The pizza was a mess and undercooked, not even cut through. The bread came without butter and a few flakes of Parmesan, which were not cut through either. Staff here don't care about their job and seem to prefer when they don't get business. Nobody even answers the phone. Could you close this place down, too.

5pm? what do they have ?Hot-n-Ready?? Nothing! 11 minutes to make the tv-advertised thin crust with pepperoni. Was it worth $7.50? probably. Would I ever stop in on an impulse to bring pizza home? not a chance.

I used to like this place. I ordered a pizza yesterday. Go to pick it up and the guy explained there was an accident with it so he had another in the oven. The remade pizza was fine. The thin crust was literally glued to the pizza box making it basically inedible my husband was extremly disappointed. The young lady was so busy flirting with the manager and washing her hand bc she touched pizza box grease and playing with her hair it was ridiculous. Thank God she wasnt making our food. That 's about the only good thing was I didn 't have to deal with her.
