The employee who answered said that I wouldn't be able to get a refund either, and that I need to come in today to pick up the order since they closed their systems last night and can't access those orders anymore. She explained that they’re understaffed, which I completely understand, but I just wish they had disabled their systems so that orders couldn't be processed while they were closed. It seems their hours are often inconsistent, so my advice would be to go in person rather than ordering online. Also, be aware that they do not issue refunds!
Terrible customer service... Two employees loudly and openly used profanity while arguing about a work issue that should have been kept private. Management wasn't able to handle the situation and could only offer a weak apology.
No way was my sub double protein like I paid for. They also didn't have the bread I selected online so my door dash driver had to contact me. I'm not sure why the shop didn't contact Me directly like the other places I order from do when they're out ofsomething I'm just ordering from a different store next time I'm completely dissatisfied.
They were very attentive our needs, gave us everything we wanted on our subs and service was quick
Terry, the manager, prepared my sandwich exactly as I requested. I asked for extra portions of certain ingredients, and she delivered perfectly. A few weeks ago, I visited another Subway in Lake Harris Square, and the service there was awful; they wouldn't customize my sandwich to my liking. From now on, I'll be going to the Subway in Tavares at Circle K.
