Just ordered through door dash. Sure, you could say oh the dasher threw the bag or whatever. But did he magically pull the creamer out of the coffee, too?! No hazelnut shot, no cream, no sugar, just black coffee with no lid on it. Honestly, looks like you placed the coffees in the carrier and then threw my bag to the dasher.. i usually order a large iced Machiato and spend anywhere from 7-10 dollars on a coffee, but hey, because it's a 3$ coffee this time, let's treat my order like it doesn't matter, right?

For a breakfast fast food place, there is nothing fast about the service. There seems to be only one person doing pretty much everything, so props to her, but because she has to rush and run around to pick up everyone else’s slack, the quality of the product you receive takes a massive hit. 10/10 attitude drive-thru lady for sure she’s sweet, but everything else sucks.

I've been going here for over a decade and I have never seen it this bad.After driving through all the potholes to get to the drive through, I ordered my coffee the way I like it only to get a plain black coffee.I figure it might have been me placing my order wrong.So, to check out my suspicions, I went through again(same order-same results)Someone there don't really care about their job.

Tried to order ahead so there wouldn't be a wait but kept getting a message that this option was not available. Tried numerous times during the ride to the location. Finally worked in the parking lot. Upon entering, it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed with orders. In their defense, they were working hard to catch up. The young lady, who seemed to be the manager, kept praising and encouraging the staff, telling them to breathe and not get overwhelmed. She was great. This is the type of manager any business would want. Our order was finally ready and though it was not as hot as it could have been, I understood. Keep up the good work, I'll be back. I also thanked the young man for his hard work and politeness.Parking: Easy parking, handicap spots available, easy to get in and out.
