Kissa-kai Licensed Cafe - Taupo

This restaurant offers some of the few authentic Asian dishes available. It's a refreshing change from the usual fried food—absolutely delicious!

I had only been there a few times and had never eaten there before. Yesterday, I wore one of her new designs and decided to give it a try. The menu features a variety of dishes from other sushi restaurants in the city. I ordered the laughter and unagi don, and to be honest, they were delicious and exceeded my expectations. I definitely want to try more dishes!

An outstanding fusion of modern Japanese cuisine! We followed the waiter’s recommendations and were very impressed. I absolutely loved my unagi don and the atmosphere. This place is a must-visit when in Taupo!

Average food. we had the bbq pork stir fried raman and donburi. a bit too sweet for us. fast and cheap eating.

No tuna (my favourite) available on the evening we dined. The nigiri and everything else we ordered was very good. I found the califirnia rolls to be too big to manage rolled quite loosely. One bite and they fell apart. We used the first table app. I 'm not sure I would have gone to this place without the discount. Service was very good.
