Mcdonald's - Taunton

I was unable to place my order at the self-service kiosk despite multiple attempts. I was unable to figure out how to confirm my order and pay. This was a frustrating experience, especially considering it is supposed to make things easier. Overall, my rating for the food, service, and atmosphere is a 1 out of 5.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow, beyond what you could imagine. The kitchen was disorganized and the condiment station was a mess. The food was rated a 3, while the service and atmosphere both received a 1.

Dirtiest Macdonalds in all the UK.There were no customers when we came in but all the tables were so dirty we had to clean one before we sat there. A lot of rubbish and food leftovers on the floor all around the sitting area. The staff at the till and kitchen were just chatting and having fun and clearly haven't been to the sitting area all day. Looks like no-one cares about this place. Very sad and disappointed after this visit. I wish local manager read my review as there is clearly huge room for improvement on this site. Please respect your customers, please care of what you do.Would you like to eat with your family in a dirty place where no-one cares ? I hope not. Please respect your customers. Please.
