Shame really, this place had so much potential but the manager her side kick severely lack intelligence, knowledge of customer service, clearly shouldn’t be in the industry. The language, aggression continued swearing to customers is absolutely vile. These pair really think they are something! Just dolled up bullies who can’t speak without using foul language, no respect for their customers zero professionalism. Wake up Mambo, James Eyre, speak to your staff customers these two are destroying what used to be a lovely place to visit!
