The fried chicken is sometimes like a cardboard when you chew it. Sometimes KFC's flagship spice is not apparent, taste-wise. You can only smell it. If only they could rinse the chicken pieces before frying them, otherwise their chicken will always taste like live chicken. I love the customer service though. No order, I stood for more than 1hour waiting for a Twister and Dunked wings, it is too full. The restaurant is dirty.
