Have been a regular customer of the café and, before, also of the restaurant for almost a year and a half. Loved going there for coffee and the croissants they have on their breakfast counter, and we always been charged for the pastries separately with our coffees even though we were not eating a full breakfast for over 3000ft. Sadly we won 't be going again, as they decided that we can no longer eat the pastries off the counter as the chefs wouldn 't cook any extras, and they cook only for the exact amount of paying breakfast guests they have in the rooms. It is quite disappointing that such a lovely café and hotel is not able to exceed customer expectations by going that extra step that would turn a customer into a return one. And the worst is, they don 't even seem to care. Going to pay for coffee and croissants somewhere else where all guests are made feel welcome.
