Good food, bad customer service, prevent this rating to be 5 stars. Many employees are too powerful when they tell us a policy. Placed a great order for the exception and asked for additional bread rolls, also offered to pay for them - was told about and about in a very aggressive and unapologetic way that they cannot spend extras because they are only for dunes in customers. I understand if something is a policy, but the least you can do is it nice and not rude for someone who pays for such a great order. It doesn't cost to be nice and to keep a customer who spends so much money with you. I say that because I hope to eat there in the future, but I will refuse if this kind of behavior continues. I can change my review if I see an improvement. Overall- my advice to them is more nice for your customers because they don't want to come back otherwise.

Best food! Fresh, delicious and clean. The bakery has a variety of desserts, cookies and cakes. Your bread is the best! The owner is super nice and always there to get Sire things going well. I love their cookies and coffee. And I definitely recommend going there!

Baked goods tasted like chemicals. Very expensive. Salad was great, but either the bread or cheese in the bagel salad had an awful chemical taste to it. The other baked goods we got for dessert also has a cleaning product or chemical taste to them.

The prices here are outrageously high! They are not honest, they don't put up prices in the bakery area, so they can charge whatever they want. Be careful! I noticed they charged me $15 for a box of cookies containing only seven cookies. I asked to return it because I believe it is overpriced, but the manager responded with a condescending attitude that they cannot waive the charge and instead offered me $5 in cash. I left enraged and unhappy. I return home and weigh the package, which weighs 0.5 pounds! $15 for a half-pound? No, thank you. This is my first visit, and I will never return.
