Very welcoming bar restaurant in Tarvisio. Having booked for dinner they placed us in a small room. Very friendly and smiling staff. We tried several dishes, the offer of starters, first courses and second courses was very well looked after. Worthy of note is the Miramonti bacon , a dish that I recommend trying and eating as recommended by the managers, I won 't say more so as not to ruin the surprise. The desserts are also noteworthy with a wide choice. A tasty discovery... the service is quick and the dishes are delicious, I recommend the shin with polenta and vegetables, spectacular! Excellent place where you can taste excellent traditional border dishes. Located in Tarvisio a few kilometers from the Slovenian and Austrian borders, this restaurant knows how to blend the culinary traditions of the three different peoples. The kitchen knows the material it prepares and knows how to dare without overdoing it, with intelligence and above all with passion. Excellent combinations, excellent consistencies and excellent combinations (also sweet and savory). Tasty, traditional dishes, the desserts offered are also excellent, a classic mountain location well looked after and well furnished, the dishes are spectacular, the staff are very helpful and competent with an excellent description of the food. Wines of various types and very good, from Friuli but also from other areas. High prices. It is not a place for all palates as some dishes go outside the lines of simple Italian cooking. The only flaw... in the rabbit ragù there was a tiny amount of oxygen... it can happen but you have to be careful. For the rest, if you love particular dishes, this restaurant is for you.
