Thanks for a true and flawless gourmet experience on the highest level! Your pork belly, tiger prawns and smoked tomatos were excellent like the salmon confit w/ fennel and your special panko and not to forget your seabass filet with young zucchini and radish. And the desserts..? Spot on! In addition to this the staff performed a top professional service and knowledge also to the wines that you only meet at true top restaurants.
