Ordered 2 drinks for takeout and the cashier was super sweet!
TherssaI often have lunch at Panera on Saturdays with my husband and it is usually good. I always order Pick 2 -Green Goddess salad cihipotle chicken melt .Today I decided to have my usual except it was about 3,:30. The sandwich was soggy due to stuff the sever poured on the bread. The salad had no egg , the avocado was brown and overall, gross. I was extreme unhappy. It seems that after the luch rush the leftovers are then served.
I joined the Sip Club about a year ago and enjoy the charged lemonade. With a lawsuit pending regarding the caffeine content they have placed this self serve product behind the counter. Recently it has become a hassle trying to get service and asking for a combo of 2 flavors. The staff is friendly and busy but overwhelmed at times. The food isn't my favorite but the Bakery items are delicious. Their prices are high and the muffins are smaller than a year ago. My biggest pet peave is the dirty floors and the dirty tables. Area businesses having enough staff is a problem and good employees are hard to find. They do offer catering which is very popular and deliver through the Uber and Doordash app. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.Parking: Very busy restaurant with a big parking lot but parking nearby is a challenge at lunch.
If you are homeless and haven't showered in weeks then you might enjoy this location. The cleanliness and service have really gone down hill in the last few months. One guys pizza wasn't cooked throughout and they argued that it is supposed to be under cooked. Our food took like 20 minutes for 2 salads and they apologized for the wait and I drank like 3 sodas while waiting but I didn't really want to spend an half hour there. Did I mention the foul smell and the homeless hanging out. How can you feel safe while eating and they kept trying to take stuff off my plate.Anyhow eat here at your own risk. The other stores/food in the area don't have the homeless issue and have better workers so not sure why this place is providing this experience. This was our experience, yours may differ. Not sure if this location will remain open much longer with this clientele or workers but hoping they clean this place up.Vegetarian options: You will for right in at this locationParking: Not sure how safe your car will be or if you will be accosted while walking in but there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: I would not bring my kids here unless I was trying to convince them to stay in school and learn something or they will be eating or living here.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair and shopping cart friendly. Many patrons simply parked their wheelchairs or shopping carts in front of the front door( tip... there is a side door they didn't have blocked). Not sure how you will get in if you need a chair. Good luck
