Nathaniel's Bakeshop - Tarlac City

The atmosphere was fantastic! The staff was very friendly! I always enjoy stopping by wherever we're headed.

We absolutely love the food at this restaurant—it's a family favorite! We have no complaints about the dishes. However, customer service could use some improvement. I've encountered poor service multiple times, and I think management needs to address this issue.

The restaurant lacked Wi-Fi and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. They didn't offer cold water and used paper straws. However, the food was quite good. I ordered the Chicken Mami, and the broth was excellent.

Food is okay and the place is nice maybe because it's new. Service can be better. Buko juice is too sweet.

Roast beef was served lukewarm with some portion still cold (from freezer maybe? and it's salty but not tasty nor beefy creamy. I like the vegie side dish though...
