Chicharon Bulaklak i eat these rare, but served with perfectly fried crispy thin wispy heavenly portions with vinegar. Kapampangan cuisine in Tarlac. Probably the BEST home cooked meals you'll have in the area. There's so much delicious food to choose from, you won't regret eating here. Definitely try the sisig and their tapa. Don't forget to start off with chicharong bulaklak and a cold bottle of beer!

A mix of sumptuous and delicious meal offerings. Great place with upscale feel and worth-it value for money. Staffs are warm and welcoming. Place can be busy but still manageable. Highly recommended.
