The food is very good and the service was fast. Especially the ciorba radauteana deserves to be tried.

This is one of the best places to eat in Targu Neamt. Very nice terrace decorated with many flowers. The restaurant is located under the “Cetate”, the old city festival. We ordered the “ciorba de burta”, a chicken and some mici. The...Mici were exceptionally good, the best I ever experienced. They were tender, the taste was not aggressive as the usual microphone. We also ate “papanasi” a typical Romanian dessert. Very delicious. Very recommended!! Ps: Trust me, I'm Romanian.

Relatively good pretentious food but very poor service. We had to wait an hour for the first course, the waitress was anxious, home desert was no more

Plus: great location, situated right before you start to climb on top to visit Neamt Citadel it's part of a hotel, so you can book a room if you like very large, generous terrace, lots of tables unique, creative menu appearance,...with an introduction from Pastorel Teodoreanu, brother of Ionel Teodoreanu, both famous writers mainly Romanian dishes but if you want to eat pizza it's on the list, too tasty food, generous portions, traditional Romanian meal recommend Mici (Romanian sausages) and beef soup despite crowd they manage to bring the food in time great view from the terrace, the forest is very close and the terrace is covered so you can enjoy your time there even if it's raining electronic payments friendly staff Minus: toilet area not very clean the parking place are sabotaged by some people who stick around and watch your car like they are doing you some service but actually they are not the Terrace's employees
