Taos Chicharron Burrito

Don't miss this food truck when you're in Taos. An unforgettable breakfast Burrito with chorizo. Perfectly designed and easy to keep and eat properly. The Burrito is very generous and was large enough to share for a light breakfast. The spices and aromas were excellent. Fresh ingredients. Sweet, friendly staff. Update: I ate here a year later, and it's still great. Consistent!

This place is really good! We had different tastes Tacos and the Chile Relleno plate, and the red and green tamales. Nothing has disappointed us. The service was also great, highly recommended!!

BEST Burrito I've ever had!! My friend and I were looking for a fast place to eat in white water rafting and we were happy that we found this place. The ladies worked so beautiful and very fast. I had the Chicharrón Burrito with green Chile and Pico and it was absolutely amazing. The tortilla was soft and the Burrito was gigantic and hot! I was crispy on the outside in heaven with every piece, but chew on the inside melts in your mouth Niblet of Chicharrón. It was a good price for a huge burrito, had to save the other half for later! We'll stop here every time we get to Taos!

Had a chicken quesadilla, it was delicious, fresh and was a great value for your money!

The burrito was good, not hot ? chillie but had good flavor.
