Sagebrush Grill Cantina - Taos

We had a fantastic breakfast at this restaurant. I ordered the New York steak and eggs, while my friend had the pancakes. The food was delicious. Daniel took care of all our requests and made sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

I went to this restaurant for dinner on Monday (one of the few restaurants open.) The service was excellent. We enjoyed our meal of ribeye steak and shrimp penne taoseno. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly medium. The shrimp were also cooked perfectly.

Absolutely delicious food, great portions, fresh ingredients. Prime rib special at dinner absolutely worth every penny. The best part though is the service. Everyone we interacted with was so personable and friendly. Love, love, love when you can have special interactions with servers and other staff. Special shoutout to Daniel and Leonard (breakfast) and Simon and Carlos (dinner). True gems who obviously have hearts for service!

So i come to taos atleast once ever 2 to 3 weeks and im there for a full week for work, everytime the staff here has seen me they greet me by name and i feel very welcomed each time. Cristal was the front desk this last time and had remembered i liked extra pillows so she had some sent over for before i even checked it. Amazing team here

After staying at a hotel across the street, I decided to have a late dinner at this restaurant. I dined with some coworkers and had great service - the staff was attentive and catered to our needs. I ordered the chicken, which was delicious, but I personally would have preferred the green chile to be spicier. The chips and salsa were also tasty. There was local talent performing music, and while they did a good job, the volume was occasionally a bit too loud. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.
