The service was terrible; the staff member was extremely rude, and I didn't even receive my food.

I had the worst experience ever. I went to place an order for an 8-piece original chicken meal, but the person who answered the intercom was rude and aggressive. When I repeated my order, I was told that that item wasn’t even on the menu. I clarified my order again, and the person on the other end yelled at me, accusing me of being rude and threatening to call the police if I didn’t leave. Had ordered online early in week separate chicken pieces was able to get it apparently I can't order separate chicken pieces at the window but I can order it online it's a little stupid

RUDE RUDE STAFF. Dirty location. Bad food. Kfc needs to yank this franchise because the franchisee clearly isn't running it.

Wanted a quick, inexpensive lunch. Indoor dining room was closed. Went through drive thru. Got 2 chicken sandwiches and a drink for $12. Sandwiches were loaded with mayo and pickles. Staff was very friendly.
