Creative menu and we prepare to eat. we love to go to the breakfast several times during a stay at hunter. the service is fast and dry. many funny items to look through, including fresh donuts and cakes. highly recommended.

Limited staff. Took about 45 minutes for waitress to show up and would take only our drink order. She wasn't ready to take our brunch order yet! Coffee and tea in to go cups cause cIean Mugs ran out. 1.5 hrs after being seated we got to place our food order...

Entire place is a chaos!! Inside the place, you won’t be able to figure out where to stand for what line. The cashier is yelling over your head asking another server to get another server, only to have her leave the customer and dash to the back… that’s just ridiculous!! When I was ready to pay, cashier left the register, left me standing there with 2 cups of coffee. When she finally came back, she brought another guy in front of the waiting line and took care of him first. Of all the places being understaffed, this is the place that makes you feel least welcome.

Come eat here if you're ever in Windham. They have a large property right off the highway. One half of the building is a gift shop, the other half a restaurant. They have a large patio for outdoor seating. I sat on the patio and ordered a basic breakfast of bacon, eggs, potatoes, a slice of blueberry and peach pie that they warmed up for me, and coffee. From my seat, I watched numerous adopted cats roam the property (one actually sat next to me my entire breakfast), someone collecting eggs from their large barn to fill customer orders, and a whole lot of people come in to eat. My food was a little late due to the rush so they gave me a free delicious apple donut. I didn't mind the wait though since I had cat company and coffee. I highly recommend this place for food, ambience, and friendly people.

Had lunch one day and breakfast the next. Weekdays breakfast does not start til 9, but it was worth waiting for. High quality fresh eggs, delicious pancakes with walnuts and crisp bacon. Great service on porch. Lunch was excellent sandwiches that we got to go (for picnic).
