Instead of traditional menu books, they presented the menu on a chalkboard. I opted for a Tagine, as it is a popular dish in Morocco, but found it to be quite ordinary. The Moroccan salad consisted only of cucumbers, tomatoes, and herbs. The meal also included olives, bread, and white rice. I ordered mint tea to finish. There were few customers at the time, so I imagine it would be more lively in the evening. The hotel attached to the restaurant seemed appealing, especially with its lovely terrace.
I stopped by for a few hours on a lazy afternoon in Tangier. Although the menu was in a language I didn't understand, the vegan options were clearly labeled. The staff was very helpful and the service was excellent. The Moroccan salad and two smoothies we ordered were both delicious.
Although the restaurant advertises itself as offering vegan food, it actually only has two vegetarian options on the menu. The vegetarian tajine I tried was the worst I've ever had - just boiled vegetables with some rice. The portion was small and overpriced at 8 euros. This was a disappointing experience.
Great little restaurant with lots of salads and vegetarian options!
I stopped by this restaurant for a few hours during a relaxed afternoon in Tangier. The menu was written on a chalkboard in a language other than English, but the vegan options were easy to identify. The staff were very friendly and the service was top-notch. I tried the Moroccan salad and two smoothies, all of which were delicious.
