One of the best meals I had in Argentineia. we ordered the costillar de cerdo and bife de ternera (jugoso). both were about 240 pesos, which would probably be twice as much in caba. all the aromen were extremely nuanced, it was clear that the chef had incredible amounts of time taken into consideration every element of every dish. I usually find Argentine steak, especially at parrillas, very overcooked, even if they order jugoso. I really appreciate that this steak was actually slightly undercooked because so they can send it back to the chef for a few minutes (you can never cook a steak, just cook more! , then it was the most perfect cut of steak, beautiful and juicy. the cerdo was also very delicate, did not even need a knife to cut it. all in all a perfect experience, and the cook came to talk to us after the meal was over. extremely attentive staff and nice eating. you can't miss it!

Un lugar donde se come excelente, menú de 3 o 5 platos que se renuevan semanalmente según la temporada y los ingredientes que se encuentran mejor. La atención es muy amable. La carta de vinos es pequeña pero muy buena, con etiquetas no comunes, bien elegida, y las recomendaciones son correctas. No hay menú para niños. Altamente recomendable.
