The Welder's Dog Tamworth

This is truly a fantastic hidden gem that we almost overlooked. We started with the tasting platter (the "guitar"), which was excellent, and the local jerky was a perfect 10/10. The Deepwater Brown Ale was the standout, and we ended up enjoying a couple of those. The bartender was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I can't find any faults with this place; it perfectly fulfills the role of a craft beer bar.

Awesome new spot! Brilliant layout with reasonable priced drinks and such a huge selection to cater for everyone. Love the design your own platter with a delicious range of locally sourced produce. These guys are happy to see you and make you feel so welcome they will do well!

I've been to a number of events and casual drinks at The Welders Dog in Armidale. Am so excited to have you in Tamworth. Love your alcoholic ginger beer. It will be a real asset to the town.

Great place with a good atmosphere, great beer and whiskey selection. It is small but with heaps of potential to grow! Certainly a favourite for me.
