Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Just went to Zaxby?s and ordered a Cobb Zalad with 2 extra fingers on it and got back to work and opened it. There was no extra chicken in it so I called. The manager tried to convince me that they put extra on the salad. He then told me to bring the salad back and they will put a extra piece of chicken on it. I went back and showed him the salad and he brought me a box with a half of a tender chopped up in it and walked away. ??????????? no more Zaxby?s for me!

For the most part, this Zaxby's will get your order right and the food will come out at the right temperature. But there have been times they've either forgotten something, or made a mistake like adding grilled chicken to a cobb salad and fried chicken to a house salad when the order on the receipt even states the opposite. Out of all the Zaxby's closest to me, this one is our go-to spot. We typically eat to-go, so I'm only basing my review on the typical drive-thru scenario. I have no idea what it looks like on the inside, but on the outside everything appears clean.

So disappointed when I arrive home and my orders are incorrect! NOT THE FIRST TIME! I ordered 2 Cobb Salads with grilled chicken and received salads with not only fried chicken they had no cheese, egg or cucumber. Fried chicken and lettuce!! NO ONE NOTICED THE SALADS WERE NOT COMPLETE? Our order was even read back to us at the drive through and at the cashier window. Omg! Pay attention! The meals/orders are not cheap as it is?please get them right prior to handing them out the window. What a shame!

Would have been nice to recieve the food I actually ordered and chicken thats actually cooked.....drove 30 mins, wasted over 10 dollars for raw chicken and barely filled fries smh.....

Horrible experience, I ordered a bonless wing meal and. Heddar bites then waitied 20 minutes watching over 10 people come in behind me and order then get thier food, when i finall got my food my cheddar bites were burnt and cold at the same time, my chicken barely had any sauce and the chicken looked locked it was sitting out for hours. I WILL NEVER BE BACK
