Westshore Pizza - Tampa

Very disappointed! How to order a Philly cheese steak with extra steak and extra cheese and get only steak? Onion rings were super soggy. Not to mention that the guy who took my order was really rude. Guess some places just don't care about customer service. I don't know what happened, but the last few times I ordered were bad.

One of the things I really feel manifests the customer service excellence of a company, if you are recognized either immediately or shortly after what I felt was really important part of their customer service. I got the specials for the day and I even ordered an additional record as I was satisfied with the special. The atmosphere with about five TVs set to sports events or sports center shows is a plus. The food was delicious! Thank you.

We've been here a few times since we recently moved to Tampa. Staff are always so friendly the food is great! We strongly recommend to come here for a game get pizza with friends. Great atmosphere a room full of TV'S to get a great view of the game!

Good pizza with a variety of special pizzas available. The crust and sauce make a very traditional type of American pizza. It is not NYC style or Greek. The service is always good.

We ordered a large pizza and waited for more then an hour so we called and they kept saying five minutes away and we never got it. I called again and spoke to Christian which said that she was the manager and told her the situation and that I would like to cancel because of what happened. She simply said ok I?ll let the driver know you canceled. She handled it with no care or at least a simple apology. After waiting for over an hour there is NO PIZZA! Very bad customer treatment and no care what so ever. I do not recommend ordering from this place.
