Wendy's - Tampa

Everyone is so sweet, they all took me the time. all were so nice and funny. eat well! so delicious

Excelent flavours, nice burguers, fresh fries and exquisite frosty as always, it made me remember my hometown Caracas!!!! I give 3 stars because there is NO kindness at all from the employees. I stayed in Tampa, Miami, and Orlando stores.

No straw given , burnt fries, too sweet pineapple lemonade, no label on the package ordered 4 different Burgers non had label on it.

I always come here for breakfast and I always have great service. The food is yummy too.

Rude, snarkyy drive through employees who tried to second guess what I wanted when barely opening my mouth and got it wrong each time in a recent order. I decided to order online for this time. Then, when picking up my $18 order to visit my sick friend at Tampa General Hospital, I discovered this Wendy's Hyde Park area crew didn't include my bonus online app 10 pack chicken nuggets I ordered. Additionally, they forgot a few condiments I asked for. I had to go after my hospital visit into the restaurant to talk with their manager who graciously understood my predicament and gave me my bonus chicken nuggets to take home. Thanks for doing the right thing and perhaps I'll give them a try again sometime soon with paying on the app. Need to try this with my neighborhood Wendy's in the Brandon suburbs east of the city who usually get the order correct the first time.
