Wendy's - Tampa

Went here earlier this afternoon. The woman working The drive-through with Pink (and red i believe.. nails handled my transaction. I was tired and accidentally handed her too much money in cash, and she gave me back the change when she could’ve just kept it. I hope the store manager sees this review and rewards her for her honesty. Had OK food from here before, but the service was inspiring today.

I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location, so I was worried that my food would be cold and soggy. However, to my surprise, the food I received was of the highest quality. It was delicious, hot, and packaged neatly. I am extremely satisfied and definitely plan on returning to this location in the future.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, the food was consistently good, but unfortunately, the carpet was extremely dirty and sticky. Despite having two years of COVID to address the issue, nothing was done about the unpleasant carpets. The dining room smelled strongly of wet dog and mildew, possibly causing respiratory problems for the employees. I hope they consider taking legal action. Overall, replacing the carpet with bare concrete would be a much better option.

This Wendy's location is centrally located and offers decent burgers and chicken. However, their Frosty treat is the standout item for me. The restaurant appears well-maintained and I feel safe dining here. They also have current specials available.

We were served a fresh and piping hot dinner at this restaurant, which is considered one of the best pizzerias in the area. The building itself has an old-fashioned look, and the customer service left much to be desired. However, the highlight of our meal was definitely Wendy's hot honey sandwich and the all-cheese pizza - they were the best I've ever tasted.
