I WOULD RECOMMEND MAKING RESERVATION IF GOING DURING LUNCH HOURS. THE FOOD WAS GREAT BUT SERVICE WAS A LITTLE SLOW.

Made reservation through Open Table but when we arrived at restaurant we were told they don't accept reservations and waited 20 minutes for a table. We told our waitress we were in a hurry trying to make a hockey game that started in an hour, but it took nearly 45 minutes for our order to be served. Food was okay and price was reasonable, and our server was friendly enough, but the wait for a table and the wait to be served were unacceptable especially in light of the restaurant not being particularly busy.

Our food was good and the waitress was a doll. But I booked ahead on open table and when we got there they informed me they don’t use it or even look at their online reservations. So needless to say, instead of putting us ahead of the list since we clearly made prior arrangements to have a reservation. We had to wait 30 mins for a table. Management is lacking that aspect for sure.

It was great to make a reservation but they do not do reservations during special events, such as concerts, sporting events, ect. Just keep that in mind when making the reservation on line. I would call reserve the table. We went for the Maroon 5 concert was told after we arrived and had a confirmation number that they don't do reservations for events. Thankfully the nice manager seated us with in minutes.

They do not honor open table reservations on game nights. However they fit us in without too much of a weight. Opentable should somehow prevent reservations on these nights.
