I am very sad to have to leave this review on this establishment. I placed an online order, which I later found out when I picked up it came across as a door dash order. I specifically asked for my order to be ready ay 1245pm; however, 8 minutes after I placed my order I was texted that is was ready; an hour and a half early. That was the 1st part. Then I go to pickup my order, it was ready (no further comment), I assumed it was made as requested. I arrived back to my home and unpack my $50 order to find all of my sandwiches were made incorrectly, even though the online order system is pretty detailed with each sandwich request. I reached out through their internal link to express my concerns and request for some type of refund. To be responded to that they understand my frustration but are currently unable to provide a refund. OK, understood. Thank you, no problem.

If I could give no stars I would!! I ordered delivery from the website. A woman called me and said they don’t deliver. She then proceeded to become frustrated with me because I orderd delivery. She told me “We are a small shop! They’re only two people here. How can I deliver??!!” Really??!! Your website says you deliver. You took my money for a delivery charge. Terrible people skills! If you don’t deliver, take the option off your website!! I work a busy job cannot get away so I paid someone to go get my food but the order was not correct. When I called to get reimbursed for the food I didn’t receive, they called me a “****”. Exact words “you’re a ****”. Wow!! I didn’t even ask for full reimbursement. I just asked for my money back that I paid for delivery and for the missing items. TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!

They have excellent Cuban sandwiches here! They are made fresh, right in front of you. I recommend trying the angry sauce

I like stopping here for sandwiches on my way to catch a sunset at the beach. Great value. Not so friendly service but it's good enough.I like being able to order ahead and run in for pickup. If you like a little spice go for the angry bird. ? Good fries also.Food: 5/5

Today just wasn't a good day for the Floridian. There was one lady taking and making orders, and another guy just slicing meat in the back. Normal lunch crowd, but the lady kept saying she was by herself so everything was going to take a while. Not true, that guy could have stopped prepped for 30 minutes and helped her but didn't. Another point against her was I watched her take an order, start making the order with the gloves she had on, give out an online order, take money, make change, and continue making orders with the same gloves on. That was very unsanitary, but I'll chalk it up to her being flustered at being busy. In the 20 minutes I was there, she changed just 1 of the 2 gloves she had on just once. I ordered the large cuban and fries. Cuban was perfect, but the fries I watched her pull them out of the fryer, put them into a to-go container and put them in my bag, having not allowed excess oil to drain off and she didn't season the fries at all. They were just soggy and bland. Overall, she could have used help from the guy prepping in the back, the high point was the Cuban sandwich, which is why I went there. So I'll be back for the Cuban again, but the screws need to be tightened on sanitation, teamwork and scheduling issues.
