I requested a moment to finalize my family's order, but instead of giving me time, the female Taco Bell worker rushed me and interrupted me rudely. They cut me off, sighed impatiently, and were overall very rude. There is no excuse for such blatant disregard for customer service. Britany was the cashier who took my order at the drive-thru at 5:27pm on August 22, 2022.
I visited the restaurant today at 9pm and I was disappointed by the cashier's rude behavior. He did not wear a mask or gloves while serving food and handling cash and cards. There was no sanitizing happening, and I believe the management should address this issue. Additionally, I did not receive a receipt and had to specifically request ketchup and sausages, which he did provide. However, he quickly closed the drive-thru window without properly listening to my requests. To make matters worse, there were no napkins included with my order.
This drive-thru restaurant in Tampa is one of the worst I've ever experienced, not just compared to other fast food chains like McDonald's and Wendy's, but possibly in the entire country. I rarely feel the need to write reviews for fast food places, but the service here is shockingly slow. Once you're in line, there's no escape - you just have to wait it out. It consistently takes around 30 minutes to get through the line, every single time, except maybe on a Wednesday afternoon. It's truly baffling and frustrating.
My family of 7 visited this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised that our order was accurate, as most fast food restaurants tend to make mistakes. The staff here is very polite and friendly.
Make sure to call ahead as this restaurant often closes before 12 o'clock.
