Taco Bell - Tampa

Convinced me to taco belle even tho It took everything well from the menu and the memory is accidentally closed two hours early.... That was the last chance I gave you, good luck

Customer service is good Drive thru waiting time is decent But EVERYTIME I come here, they always forget to include items that were ordered. If I let them know, they always correct it without problems. Just say the people waiting behind you in the drive-thru line, make sure to check your bag EVERYTIME BEFORE you leave.

Terrible terrible. I will never go there again!!! I had a pickup job when I got there, the guy told me he gave me extra cheese and meat on my nachos, but he really tried to hide the fact that the nachos were stale. my crisp wrap didn't have the crisp. I took it back, the same result

Worst customer service ever the cashier Stacey was so Rude she literally had an attitude and said a Very rude comment to me while the manager Natasha was standing right there the manager had to tell her to Stop and be quiet which is a shame in A place of business. The slushee flavors are never available and during happy hour it?s only one flavor available, the workers always seem like they don?t want to be there. My last visit There i decided I wasn?t going to order Because of the rude service i received from The companies drive thru cashier I left and went next door to Burger King which I did not have a taste for. I overly love TaCoBell but I hate this Particular location it?s pathetic and Unprofessional.

I gave 2 stars bc I don't think it was very fair that there were only 2 workers there and they messed up our order and gave us the wrong food. We went back to get the right order and they remade the wrong order again and gave it to us. But they were so busy and it was just the two of them so yeah... Do better, Taco Bell.
