Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe entered the trip exactly at 10:20, that is forty minutes before closing time. when we finally get to the loudspeaker (the drive-dru line didn't move at all) it's about 10:40 only for the dame at the loudspeaker say: "Easy, we can't take orders anymore". So how did you decide who is ordered and who is not? at any time, they would have saved people the headaches of waiting in the line and announced that they will not take orders anymore, instead of the people's empty wasted gas in the auto-dru line for over thirty minutes. very disappointed at this sonic location and will not come back.
I parked next to the first redner. lady asks to take away my order of 3 loudspeaker places. I'm not saying anything. I'll wait for her switch to the right speaker. Instead, she comes out and gives me the worst look. as if I had done something wrong. I win my hand (the hand gestures go away) she goes back to the inner. I'm going because I felt restless.
Waited for 25 min at the menu, before I left. I tried to get staff attention, and was never acknowledged. Only 3 cars in front of me, not busy. The last time I went here, same story. Was hoping it was a fluke, but clearly bad management! Sonic franchise... address this!!!
The staff here are great! I appreciate the customer service with a shout out to Wally and May for their great service and tasty food! I highly recommend the Bearss ave location.
