Pollo Supremo - Tampa

Restaurant is great! Love their food and everything. Delivery service was sub par.

Good food. However the chicken was a little dry and the soup was a little cold.

So this is one of my favorite Uber Eats, but there are some consistency issues. The chicken breast and onions could be more cooked. I wish they would leave off the raw onions really strong. They are kind of stingy with the green sauce. A very tiny amount comes with the chicken but I have to pay extra to get some with the fried yuca. Often they forget to send the extra sauce. The yuca and plantains are inconsistent. Sometimes fried perfectly other times too underdone, especially the plantains. We always get moros rice and it is tasty but a couple of times there has been crunchy underdone rice mixed in. So not sure if they are rushing to get the orders out. Overall tasty but taking a little more time to cook everything thoroughly and being more generous with the green sauce would be perfect!

Food was good. The driver another story , very rude Spanish speaker calling complaining the address was incorrect, whoever that driver is should find another job. Very rude.

Driver never delivered my food for me to know how anything tastes or how it's packaged!!!
