Panera Bread - Tampa

I ordered a Cobb Salad to go, but I was disappointed to find that it was only a quarter of a salad already mixed with dressing. It looked like rabbit food, with limp lettuce and no chicken or bacon. The price was too high for the quality of the food, and the service was poor.

The customer service at this restaurant is lacking. I had difficulty placing my order as the cashier seemed more focused on getting my phone number correct than efficiently taking my order. It took her five minutes to realize that the phone number I provided did not match any customer in their system. Despite my insistence that I just wanted to order breakfast, she continued to ask the same question repeatedly. The manager seemed disinterested and walked back and forth without addressing the situation. It is surprising that they still have customers given the poor service. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced.

I stopped visiting this restaurant for several reasons. The lobby and outdoor seating areas were frequently dirty. My order was wrong multiple times. They have a tendency to include romaine lettuce bases in salads. Initially, I thought it was a mistake, but it happened multiple times. It seems like they are trying to cut costs. I now go to the Wiregrass location, which is cleaner and has higher quality food. Owners of this location should take note.

What I am missing about this place? From what I heard, they're OK. So, are they selective? I mean, I go in, I'm third in line, no one welcomes me. They are not busy but they are super slow. No one says, we'll be right with you or sorry for the wait. Theirmenu items on the board were few and I really couldn't tell from their names what the item was... 15 minutes waiting and theywere still with the same customer as when I walked in. I left. I won't be back.

This panera bread location is run like a non-brand cafeteria with flaws in many business aspects. My order was incorrectly served, prices are extremely high, custmer service is somewhat rude, and the wuality of products is low (chewy bread, cheapcheese). I was having trouble with the card reader not working. the lady in the cash register ignored me twice when asked forhelp. I had to fetch an employee by name to be able to pay for my order. I highly encourage you to seek coffee or breakfastsomewhere else.
