Our server, Marcus, was accommodating and answered our questions and gave good suggestions, and every other server who stopped by our table was also very kind. Always a plus when the service is friendly! As far as food goes, we ordered the Burrata Toast, Spanish Meatballs, and the 16 oz. Pepper Rubbed Steak – all of the dishes were delicious and seasoned well. Portions were decent for the meatballs and the steak, but I did notice the burrata was only two slices of toast, so fair warning if you plan on sharing that with a big group. Don't know if they adjust the serving based on how many people are in the party but I'd hedge a guess that they don't. But anyway – not a speck was left on our plates afterwards regardless! hahaWe sat outside, but the atmosphere both inside and outside was lovely, and for a Friday night, the place wasn't extremely packed or loud, which was also a plus. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Tampa and looking for a bit of a higher end joint to round out the food tour. Since this place is right in Armature Works, you also get the chance to visit the other restaurants and attractions nearby, along with walking alongside the Riverwalk, which runs right outside the restaurant.Parking: There is a big parking lot right by Armature Works, where this restaurant is located, that was $10 flat for the evening. It's worth noting the Valet was the same amount, so if you're going to swing for the parking lot, might as well get your car valeted to save time! Not sure what the going rate was for the street parking, but most likely was cheaper.
Great food. Simple products and funky combinations. Some experiments with fermentation. Great atmosphere. Also like the music. Btw octopus is one of the bestFood: 5/5
Located in the same building as Armature Works, this restaurant features a James Beard Award winning chef! I've been here before with colleagues but brought some great friends this time around. We ordered a few apps, entrees and a few desserts. For apps... burrata toast with pesto (which was a little bland , red pepper and eggplant with goat cheese and carrot salad (my favorite....it was flavorful with each component balancing and complementing each other , pork belly (table consensus was ? , and the charred brussel sprouts (so amazing and the sauce was yummy .For entrees we ordered the snapper almondine with haricot verts (green beans which was a little buttery but delicious; the scallops with farro and zucchini that was perfectly proportioned and flavors complementing each other...I really enjoyed it! Additionally, they had a special entree they were testing for the fall menu...Wild Boar Bolognese served with a rigatoni pasta. Flavors for the special were on point however due to the lean meat the texture was a bit mealy....still delicious though. We finished off the evening with several desserts to share: English toffee cake, goat cheese Panna Cotta and Chocolate croissant bread pudding. All were delicious but my favorite was the goat cheese Panna Cotta...it was light and mildly sweet, the perfect end to the meal.

Just a wonderful spot on the river in Tampa. I am familiar with the executive chef from prior locations and nothing here disappoints! Absolutely wonderful spot.
