Moe's Southwest Grill - Tampa

This place is disgusting? it was dirty and the dame that worked on the day we went was not kind at all. I asked for guac and the tiny amount she scratched was a sweat. high they hire someone from company pools for an surprise visit to see how bad this load is managed.

This place used to be good, but I wasn't very long. I'm over today. the staff was not friendly and everything was very dirty. I'll never go back.

I normally like Moe's but we felt very unwelcome tonight. It was only 9 pm but the front door was locked, the lights were almost all off and all the chairs were on the tables. The manager said they close at 10 pm but the front door was broken so that's why it was locked. After we paid for our food, the employee at the register said the lobby was closed and we had to take our food to go. The owner needs to be aware that they will lose customers and profit due to the female manager on duty on May 25th.

Not what it used to be before also some of the staff needs to definitely improve on customer service skills. Portions are definitely smaller. Probably due to inflation

This place used to be great. Unfortunately it seems like it has gone downhill. There is no costumer service. One of the employees is more concentrated on checking her cellphone. Would not recommend coming here.
