Mcdonald's - Tampa

The service at this location is very disorganized. I waited for 30 minutes for my food, even though others who ordered after me received their food first. I am still waiting. Do not use their kiosk to pay, as they may act like your order doesn't exist and ask you to prove it through your transaction history on your card.

I wasn't satisfied with my burger as it was cold and the bun was dry. However, the fries were tasty and my companions enjoyed their burgers and nuggets.

This is the first time I have been to a McDonald's with curbside service and my food was not brought out to me. Instead, at this location, they placed my food on a shelf by the door. Additionally, I had to ask for my drink. The whole point of curbside delivery is that they bring the order out to you. This is definitely the worst McDonald's location I have ever visited.

Update 09/15/22 I have to place a orden thru doordash . And of course was wrong!! Regular instead double burger non any of the sauces that you give the option to choose.. my drink was run out for syrup

Terrible! Today after the NFL experience stopped for a fast bite and they have completely wrong our order. Coke and we have the diet Cola. Almost 10 minutes waiting for Fritten. No reception. When we were asked for the receipt, we were told that they couldn't get us for the ride with the brush... there were only 2 cars. Stay away... without you? After a reason to pull all your hair in frustration.
