Marlene's Original Breakfast Sandwich

Definitely want to come back and try more of the sandwiches!I love how creative the sandwiches are, definitely didn’t skimp on bacon ?

Rustic, shoddy and unkept the food truck and it's vicinity is obviously not the attraction. However, the good reviews meant further scrutiny was needed.The truck only serves breakfast sandwiches. As I am not big on breakfast I was happy to see a breakfast cheeseburger with egg. It came with grilled onions and tomato on a cuban roll and was absolutely delicious. I got it without the egg. Fresh beef, awesome seasoning and a tasty sauce.I bought a $5 latte that was small and tasted horrible, I left it there unfinished. So in the end, the food is the attraction as it should be. Great place to get a breakfast sandwich, to go.

While driving down the highway, I would never think to stop at this small, hidden gem of a restaurant. However, the two sandwiches I tried at Marlene's were absolutely fantastic! The first one was so delicious that I had to go back for a second one before leaving town. Most breakfast sandwiches I've had are just okay - either not hot enough or lacking in flavor. But the sandwiches I had at Marlene's (the steak and eggs bagel and the caprese) were hands down the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. They were full of flavor, perfectly hot, and made for a satisfying meal in one delicious package. I would rate them a perfect 10 out of 10.

Stumbled upon this amazing food truck last year 09/2022 and when we came back for a trip I had to recommend it! Completely original breakfast sandwich options and every one I’ve tried is just as good if not better than the last! If you’re in the Tampa area and want a great breakfast then you’ve got to make your way here! You can also order ahead if you don’t feel like waiting in the sun!

I usually order takeout and head down the road. Outdoor atmosphere under shade...small but adequate if you need to sit in peace.
