Kfc - Tampa

There was quite a long line at the drive-thru, but it's a combination KFC and Taco Bell, so you can choose from either menu or even order from both! The staff were friendly, even with the wait.

Nice ambiance, but the lighting was far too dim when I returned. I can’t comment on the service staff, but the darkness made it feel like a haunted house. Even the interior lights were off, adding to the eerie atmosphere.

I placed my order an hour ago, and now they refuse to take or hand out orders just 40 minutes before closing. I waited 20 minutes, only to be told that they are no longer accepting orders. I understand that restaurants usually stop taking orders 15 to 30 minutes before closing time, but 40 minutes to an hour feels excessive.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly disappointing. I can't say enough how unprofessional they were. I recommend going to the one on Fowler Way instead; they have great employees and delicious food.
