This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I really wish there was an option to give zero stars. We paid $68 before even getting our food. The tables were dirty and we had to ask the cashier to clean them, as we paid for dine-in. After waiting for 30 minutes, we found out that our order had been forgotten by the staff and the chef had already closed the kitchen for the night. There was no apology from the staff. When they finally did apologize, they didn't have any of the dishes we had ordered, and it took a long time to get our food. We ordered rice and salad, but they gave us fries instead. Right next door is my favorite restaurant, Tampa Pizza Company, where I usually go. Unfortunately, it was closed today so we decided to try this place instead. The food was terrible and tasted awful. It seemed like they were just going through the motions. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. If you are in the area and looking for a good meal, I recommend going elsewhere.

The service is incredibly slow (I ordered a drink 30 minutes ago and still haven't received it), the prices are too high, the menus are cheaply printed on paper, and there are random cables lying around to trip over. I would not recommend dining here.

Has always been really delicious. I was pulled into this load after I looked halal day and it proved to be a delicious restaurant for shawarma, sandwiches and kebabs. the inner atmosphere is cool with two televisions and clean table and chairs
