Gametime

We visited the restaurant so that the children could play while the adults enjoyed their meal. The servers were very friendly, but there was a lack of management. The manager, Jay, was busy on his phone at the front of the restaurant instead of assisting the busy kitchen and servers. He even turned away a group of ten customers, telling them the kitchen would take two hours to serve them, despite the fact that the restaurant was only a quarter full. This decision led to a loss of potential revenue from a family with kids who left. The food was good once it arrived, although it did take some time, and one of the burgers was undercooked. The games at the restaurant were fantastic. It may be a better idea to visit the restaurant just for the games until they improve their management.

We were served by a new waiter who was still getting the hang of things, but it seemed like the other staff didn't provide much assistance. The food was just okay, nothing to write home about, but we had a good time playing the games that brought us in. The beer specials were fantastic and helped make up for the average food quality.

Our group of 9 had a very slow dining experience on a Thursday afternoon with only a couple other tables occupied. Dennis, our waiter, provided excellent service and deserves a 5-star rating.

We organized a work luncheon for a group of more than 20 people. Our server was fantastic, ensuring that everyone had everything they needed and was incredibly funny.

I brought my 9-year-old son to the restaurant and he thoroughly enjoyed it! We both had a fantastic time!
