Firehouse Subs Carrollwood - Tampa

Staff is rude, messed up my order completely, it was my first time there and I defiantly will not be returning.

Too bad they can’t keep hours. Say they open at 10am on Google now their door says 10:30z they don’t unlock the door just look at you. So what are the real hours?? They open when they feel like it! 3 employees inside. Third time I’ve went during their business hours and it’s early closed early, closed today, excuse no employees.. but they are staring at me lol at the door. Town and country is much better a further drive but worth it. They actually like customers!

Closing at 3pm? I can't go here because my schedule. You can't make money if you're closed.

I had to wait 40 minutes for our subs on a Sunday afternoon, even though the place wasn't very busy and there were plenty of staff available. The communication was poor, and there was little effort made to at least get the kids their food while we waited. It seems like there might be an issue with the hiring or training of the staff. As a long-term fan of Firehouse Subs, I cannot recommend this location.

I've visited two other restaurants where the food quality and presentation were excellent, but this place did not meet those standards. The employees seemed indifferent and the preparation of the subs was lacking, resulting in poor presentation. I asked for a little extra ranch on my sub, but when I opened it, ranch dressing was spilling everywhere.
