Ebisu Sushi Shack - Tampa

My husband and I are avid sushi lovers and have explored a wide variety of experiences in Tampa, both in terms of service and ingredient freshness. Ebisu has quickly become our favorite spot! The sushi here is among the best we've tried in the area, featuring exceptionally fresh and high-quality ingredients. The menu offers an exciting selection of sushi rolls, and we make it a point to try something new each visit. Unlike the usual rolls you find elsewhere, Ebisu presents a range of creative and unique options that you won’t see everywhere. The service has consistently been prompt and friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant!

My daughter lives nearby, and since we both love sushi, this restaurant was a perfect choice for us. It was bustling tonight, both inside and outside, but we were pleased to see the staff managing it well while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. They even added an extra server as things got busy, which showed their adaptability. Everything we ordered was fantastic, especially the garlic and spicy edamame, which we absolutely loved. The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. We always finish our meal with eel, and this was some of the best we’ve ever had. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back regularly!

A couple sitting next to me ordered a massive plate of salmon sashimi. I couldn't resist asking them about it, and they told me it was the freshest and most delicious salmon they'd ever tasted. Intrigued, I decided to add an order to my meal, and wow—unbelievable! I've had sushi from various places around the globe, and this ranks among the best, right alongside some of the priciest restaurants. The place is charming, the staff is friendly, and the unique rolls (the Electric Eye and Dragon rolls are incredible) really stand out. I'm thrilled to have this gem in my neighborhood!

This is the BEST sushi place around! We come ALL the time and have had almost everything on their menu and we have never been disappointed! The food is always fresh and reasonably priced, and the customer service is outstanding!

Stopped in here for a random Tuesday night dinner and was blown away at how delicious the food was. It was a nice night so we sat on the patio and the ambiance was perfect! We will definitely be back!
