Davis Islands Pizza - Tampa

Great place to catch a quick slice when you are on the island. I found it by chance for Uber food. The people who ordered from there knew what they did and it turns out that the food is pretty good. The sweet girl behind the counter was also very accommodating.

Long story short, they stole my money. I ordered a while from the islands. Last week I placed an order on their website for a delivery. After 2 hours without update, I called the story again without answer. I checked that the order had gone through and I had a confirmation email, as well as a credit card transaction for the order. I called again the next day and they informed me that they had closed earlier at night, so I am not sure why they would accept my order. I asked about the credit card fee and after consulting with the manager was told me only dispute about the fee. I immediately came to my credit card company that could not deny the charge because it was not a fraudulent charge, and I had no documentation to support me, not received the article/service. So I called back the restaurant several times. I asked for a refund, I asked to talk to a manager, I left numerous voicemails last week. I have not only received a refund, I did not even get a call back to solve the situation and have not been able to talk to a manager in the 10 times my call has been answered.

I live on the island and pay taxes in a community I love. I stopped at this bar with my wife to enjoy a night. We were harassed by some people at the bar. I was told that the staff was quiet. I was called a racist by this man. I was still told to be quiet by the staff. Does not only fear my life, but my wife? I realized that the staff knew these people that I was hesitating to call the police. I can't believe that I live in a community that doesn't support it?s tax pay customers. I don't feel safe on Davis Island anymore. Maybe the deeds had better control.

IN TAMPA BAY!!! And the PIZZA's GREAT TOO! The whisky selection here is larger than the best bars and steak houses in Tampa. That's all! If you're a whiskey drinker, try it out!

If you want to spend 50 bucks on a pizza that gets to your house cold and wrong toppings order here. Then tell you they don?t know how long it?s going to take to redeliver the correct pizza, I have a hungry family to feed and this is the last time I ever order there.. just horrible customer service on top of that?
