Cru Cellars Palma Ceia - Tampa

The waiter was relaxed and well-informed about the wine options. The farmhouse burger and birria empanadas were both excellent. I would rate the experience 10/10.

The food was great we love the staff atmosphere was nice not noisy. We sat inside.  we will be back.

We were grateful to celebrate our college graduation at this restaurant! We were thankful for their flexibility with our reservation time and for accommodating our large group in our private room. The service, food, and wine were excellent as usual!

I was really disappointed in the service last night. The waitress was sarcastic and forgot to apply my free drink coupon to the bill. I' m a new member of the wine club and had just picked up a bottle with the coupons. When I asked if she could credit the bill she said she couldn't do that and offered not apology or assistance. This is not the service I am use to having there and I hope she isn't that way with everyone or you will lose business. We swill stay a member another month but if we have the same experience we won't come back. I'm hoping for a better experience next time.
