Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tampa

After waiting just about 20 minutes in line the girl making my childs quesadilla put it in the heat press walked away to go eat chips and queso (in clear view of everyone in line) completely burnt it and still passed it off to us. We couldnt even open it. The guy ringing up the orders could really care less about anything. I even saw him sigh and roll his eyes at another customer when they asked for chips (while I waited for them to re-make the quesadilla) The most of the soda machine was broken he did tell us that but not even a sign posted, so it was a guessing game which one worked. The lobby to sit and eat was DISGUSTING!!! Every spot had food and/or trash on the floor table or seats, who knows when it was last cleaned. And the food gave us major stomach aches. Needless to say my experience at this location was not good so next time I'll find another location. Photos do not do justice they were a quick snap, it wish I would have gotten one of the huge pile of ice at the broken soda machine.

This was my first time at Chipotle. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The staff was friendly, not excessive, but given the day in the life of service people they were all nice and friendly. So much food in the bowl that I couldn't finish it. A really good experience with a last minute choice.

I'd give 0 stars. Someone told me not to order from this place, but it was the next time. We ordered online and they gave us a whole order with the right receipt, but literally all 5 bowls were beveled together with a random order. Not one of them was even close to correcting. My bowl should basically have every ingredient and they decided to give me only meat, maybe like 4 cups of sour cream and cheese. Looks like someone really wanted to be funny. No labels on the shells, even though everyone has ordered something else. And the bowls were also crushed and the food was cold. I'm usually not someone complaining about things, but that was just ridiculous in every way!!

Picked up my food from an online order while on the road and was pleased to find my order completed when I got there. They were out of the hibiscus lemonade so I was disappointed since the app let me select it. It was about 1:37pm on a Monday and they didn?t seem swamped.

Don?t order online. This is the second this has happened. I ordered a bowl with chicken and barbacoa double meat and this is all the chicken that I get. I used to work at chipotle and I know you guys are trying to save some money, but jeez you don?t have to be that cheap. Btw I haven?t touched my food and the portion of barbacoa is fine.
